Our beautiful and spacious luxury villa is ideally situated for your Florida vacation. It is approximately 5 minutes from the shops including a Publix supermarket, about 10 minutes from the bustling 192 with its shopping malls, bars, restaurants and entertainment, and about 10 - 15 minutes from Disney; yet it is in a peaceful setting backing onto orange groves. There are also many golf courses within easy reach.

This prestigious development ‘The Palms’, part of Lake Davenport Estates, has a communal swimming pool complete with cabana and children’s play area. It also offers Basket Ball and Tennis courts. All the lots are large, giving the neighbourhood a quiet and peaceful charm.

Our villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 2 with twin beds. There is also a sofa bed, so 8-10 can be accommodated comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms .The en-suite master has a large walk-in shower, twin vanity unit, bath, separate wc cubicle and large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has an over-the-bath shower, vanity unit and wc.

The main area is extremely well designed, consisting of a large family room and separate formal living & dining area. The large kitchen separates these two and contains a family table/chairs and nook with window seat. There is a cooker, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer (+ ice maker), dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast bar island unit, filter coffer maker, kettle and sufficient crockery/utensils for 8/10 guests. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer, and pantry complete the well-appointed kitchen

Outside, there is a large pool (30ft x 12ft) which is not overlooked. Heating is available if required. The view from the pool deck is over orange groves looking towards Lake Davenport and Disney. At night you can watch the Disney fireworks from the pool deck. There is sufficient pool furniture for your stay.

The villa is fully air conditioned and has remote controlled ceiling fans in the main living areas. There are sufficient towels for the bathrooms and the pool deck so you don’t need to bring your own. There is cable TV, and two large TVs plus DVD and CD players,  a playstation PS2 with games and a gas BBQ.  We have recently installed an air conditioned games room consisting of full sized pool and air hockey tables.
